Europe has the policy and the capital for strategic raw materials. Most projects still stall between discovery and a financing decision: data below lender standard, geological risk left unpriced, capital that does not fit the asset.

Make the asset underwritable.
Turn the physical reality of an ore body into a case a lender can underwrite, so more strategic-resource projects reach a financing decision, in Europe and its partner countries.
- 03 · How we work
Geology first, capital last.
Verify tenure and geology. Rebuild costs from the asset. Match debt, equity, and offtake to the risk. Close each stage before the next one is funded.
- 04 · Independence
No stake in the outcome.
ISR is an initiative constituted in Vienna. It holds no position in the projects it works on, its surplus is reinvested in its purpose, and principals lead every project.
