Who is responsible

No tracking, no cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Visiting the website
When you open a page, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in order to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form and email
If you write to us, we process the details you give (name, email address, organisation, jurisdiction, project details and message) to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps before a possible engagement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the sender is a person by processing technical data about your browser and device; it sets no advertising cookies. Messages from the form are delivered to our mailbox by the email service Resend.
Who receives the data
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, Turnstile), Resend, Inc. (delivery of form messages, processed in the EU region) and Google Ireland Ltd. (our email mailbox), each acting as our processor under a data processing agreement. Where data reaches the United States, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as needed to deal with them and are deleted after three years at the latest, unless an engagement follows or a legal retention duty applies. Technical access data is deleted by Cloudflare within a short period.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
