The situation
A historical underground gold-silver mine on care and maintenance. The sponsor wanted a staged route back to bankability and a listing on a senior exchange.
What we did
A five-phase programme over about thirty months: tenure and geology, data consolidation, QA/QC, resource estimation with Qualified Person review, then corporate structuring for a Canadian listing.
Result
A sequenced plan in which legal and data foundations are secured before capital markets are approached.
